Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting processes using our knowledge base.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to escalate complex issues and learn advanced technical concepts.
- Proactively identify patterns in technical issues to suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and troubleshoot problems logically.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new software and systems.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
