Your Role
As a Technical Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate technical challenges and ensuring they get the most out of our services.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic software and hardware issues for end-users.
- Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in our CRM system.
