Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate pipelines effectively.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop creative sourcing strategies.
- Provide a world-class candidate experience during the entire hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic understanding of technical roles and software development lifecycles is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
