Responsibilities
- Source Candidates: Utilize job boards and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Screen Resumes: Review incoming applications and conduct initial phone screens to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Schedule Interviews: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build Pipelines: Maintain and expand our talent pool for current and future openings.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends and salary benchmarks to support effective recruitment strategies.
- Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Drive: High level of motivation and a desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with learning new software (ATS experience a plus).
- Location: Must be willing to work in our New Orleans, LA office.
