Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, email, and chat
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex issue escalation
- Participate in daily training sessions and skill-building workshops
- Test and deploy new software updates under supervision
- Maintain accurate knowledge base articles and FAQs
- Support hardware installation and configuration for new hires
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows/macOS)
