Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, chat, and email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with guidance.
- Document customer interactions and technical solutions in our CRM systems.
- Learn and navigate complex internal technical databases.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users in plain English.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians while maintaining customer trust.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required (Bachelor’s degree in progress is a plus).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable access to a computer and high-speed internet (if hybrid/remote).
