Responsibilities
- Complete 12-week intensive training program covering IT fundamentals and company-specific systems
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal and external clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software components including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Document technical issues and resolutions using IT service management best practices
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network maintenance and security protocols
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to understand broader IT infrastructure
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and system documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in IT preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to technical detail
