Responsibilities
- Complete 8-week paid training program covering AWS fundamentals and network security protocols
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise clients via phone and ticketing systems
- Document IT incidents and resolutions using ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system monitoring and maintenance tasks
- Participate in weekly skills workshops to develop troubleshooting expertise
- Contribute to documentation of IT infrastructure and SOPs
- Support hardware/software deployment projects across client sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus)
