Responsibilities
- Complete intensive technical training in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), security protocols, and development methodologies
- Participate in capstone projects solving real-world business challenges for partner companies
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams using agile development frameworks
- Document technical processes and create knowledge-sharing materials
- Prepare for and earn industry-recognized certifications (CompTIA Security+, AWS Cloud Practitioner)
- Shadow senior engineers during client deployments and system upgrades
- Contribute to innovation workshops exploring emerging technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred but not required
