Responsibilities
- Complete 40-hour/week intensive technical training program covering cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), security protocols, and data visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during training simulations and capstone projects
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise clients after program completion
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in bi-weekly skill-building workshops and mentorship sessions
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of training materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly through self-study
- Comfort working in remote team environments
- Valid US work authorization required
