Responsibilities
- Execute test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior QA staff.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs and defects accurately.
- Collaborate with the development team to verify fixes and ensure issues are resolved.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure software stability after updates.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test results and defects in our tracking system.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to stay aligned on project goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- No prior QA or software testing experience required—we provide the training.
- Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
