Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads and expand our client base.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to prospective clients to demonstrate value.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior sales experience necessary. A strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Attitude: Highly motivated, self-starter with a "hustle" mentality and resilience in the face of rejection.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer navigation.
- Availability: Must be available to work a standard full-time schedule (Monday - Friday, with occasional evening networking events).
