Responsibilities
- Attend On-Site Training: Complete our structured 2-week training program to master our sales methodologies and product knowledge.
- Client Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.
- Consultative Sales: Demonstrate products/services to clients, identifying their specific needs and providing tailored solutions.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to develop strategies for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Performance Review: Regularly review sales performance data to optimize strategies and improve closing rates.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We provide full training.
- Attitude: Must be coachable, eager to learn, and possess a strong desire to succeed.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (Monday through Friday) with occasional evening events.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
