Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Initiate and manage outbound communication (calls, emails, and networking) to identify and engage potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Product Demonstrations: Present product demonstrations and value propositions to prospective clients to drive conversions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to provide feedback on market sentiment and improve overall sales performance.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
