Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calling and email campaigns to generate new leads and schedule qualified appointments.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our services.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We provide full training for the right candidates.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional demeanor.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed in a commission-based environment.
