Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients within the Long Beach area and surrounding regions.
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Present company products and services to potential customers with confidence and clarity.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and timely information.
- Adapt to a fast-paced sales environment and continuously improve product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous sales experience is not required; we train all new hires.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Aptitude for negotiation and persuasive selling techniques.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
