Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and community engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to identify their needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Track daily sales activities and maintain accurate records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident presentation style.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies and software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client meetings.
- Ambitious, self-motivated attitude with a desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- No prior sales experience required; full training is provided.
