Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential leads.
- Initiate and follow up on sales inquiries to generate new business.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Attend daily stand-ups and weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
