Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, providing expert product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to start immediately (Tomorrow).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to the Fresno location.
