Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends within the Colorado Springs area.
- Initiate and manage outbound calls and emails to generate new leads and schedule appointments.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present company products and services to potential clients, demonstrating value and addressing objections.
- Accurately record customer information and account activity into the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required (we train all new hires).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client meetings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
