Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to determine their specific needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide expert recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Identify and suggest add-on products to increase the average transaction value.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
