Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations in EHR systems
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and comfort measures
- Prepare exam rooms and medical equipment for procedures
- Collaborate with nursing staff on patient care plans
- Respond to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Stock and maintain medical supplies inventory
- Perform basic phlebotomy and EKG procedures (after training)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy and EHR familiarity
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during night shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail in documentation and patient care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening
