Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities under staff supervision
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Prepare exam rooms and equipment for medical procedures
- Transport patients safely within the facility
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient areas
- Communicate patient needs and observations to nursing staff
- Support administrative tasks like scheduling and documentation
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid California Driver's License (for patient transport)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate attitude and willingness to learn
