Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under RN supervision including vital sign monitoring and mobility assistance
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort during night hours
- Accurately document patient observations in electronic health records
- Respond to patient calls and alarms promptly and professionally
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient care environments
- Collaborate with night shift nurses and support staff
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs
Qualifications
- No prior healthcare experience required - training provided
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
