Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls and inquiries during night hours.

- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while managing difficult situations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless customer support transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Reliable internet connection is required for remote or hybrid options.
