Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the problem and providing effective solutions.
- Input and maintain accurate customer data and records in our CRM systems.
- Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and service requests according to company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.

- Willingness to complete 4 hours of paid training before starting shifts.
