Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
