Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound Communications: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers during the night shift efficiently.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately input customer information into our CRM systems and maintain detailed records.
- Problem Resolution: Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, shipping status, and account details.
- Shift Handovers: Communicate critical issues and updates to the morning shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Build rapport with customers and strive to exceed performance metrics for satisfaction and response time.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide full paid training.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
