Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents.
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies immediately to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and work instructions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability are essential.
- No prior warehouse experience is necessary; we will train the right candidate.
