Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Provide remote and in-person technical support to clients
- Document network issues and maintain ticketing systems

- Assist with cloud service management (AWS/Azure)
- Contribute to IT documentation and knowledge base
Qualifications
