Responsibilities
- Participate in intensive 12-week technical training program covering IT fundamentals
- Learn and implement network troubleshooting and security protocols
- Provide tier-1 technical support to enterprise clients under supervision
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Shadow senior engineers on client site implementations
- Complete industry certification exams (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates encouraged)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
