Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to internal and external clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues using enterprise tools
- Implement and maintain network infrastructure components
- Document technical procedures and troubleshooting solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system improvements
- Conduct user training on new technologies and security protocols
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (rotational schedule)
