Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install and configure operating systems and network equipment
- Document IT procedures and maintain service logs
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Participate in ongoing technical training programs
- Support office infrastructure including printers and servers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (college preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
