Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles

- Participate in ongoing training to maintain technical proficiency
- Assist with network security monitoring and basic incident response
- Support office equipment setup and maintenance
Qualifications
