Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with onboarding new employees and device setup
- Monitor and maintain IT systems using monitoring tools
- Document technical procedures and troubleshooting steps
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Respond to help desk tickets via phone, email, and chat
- Participate in regular IT training sessions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
