Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Monitor and maintain network security protocols and access controls
- Document IT procedures, incidents, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Assist with cloud infrastructure management (AWS/Azure)
- Participate in IT asset inventory and lifecycle management
- Deliver end-user training on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with Windows OS and Active Directory administration
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours during system maintenance windows
