Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations using MDT
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN)
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability remediation
- Support cloud infrastructure (Azure/O365) administration tasks
Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS troubleshooting and networking fundamentals
- Strong customer service skills with ability to communicate technical concepts
- Basic knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, or cloud services
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
