Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Document troubleshooting procedures and maintain asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network and security projects
- Train end-users on new software and system updates
- Monitor ticket queues and maintain SLA compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Customer service experience or technical internship preferred
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
