Responsibilities
- Assist end-users with hardware and software troubleshooting via our ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, printers, and network peripherals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal employees and external clients.
- Learn and apply IT security protocols and best practices under supervision.
- Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex network connectivity issues.
- Perform routine system updates and maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT is a plus but not required).
- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, and the internet.
- Strong desire to learn and a willingness to be trained.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work full-time in our Denver office.
