Responsibilities
- Install and configure hardware/software systems across client environments
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Document IT infrastructure using ticketing systems and knowledge bases
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions covering CompTIA A+/Network+ curricula
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network security protocols
- Conduct routine system audits and performance optimization
- Support cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure fundamentals)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA certifications within 6 months
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekend on-call duties
- Valid Indiana driver's license (for client site visits)
