Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Document ticket resolutions in our ITSM system
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network security protocols
- Conduct remote desktop sessions for user assistance
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions and certification prep
- Assist with onboarding new employees' tech setups
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
