Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist users with system installations, configurations, and troubleshootingDocument incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems (ServiceNow)Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projectsMaintain inventory of IT assets and equipmentParticipate in continuous learning modules during training period
Qualifications
