Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document all IT incidents and resolutions using ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting and system deployments
- Conduct user training on new technologies and security protocols
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotating schedule)
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic proficiency with Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly through structured training
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Valid U.S. driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain post-hire)
