Responsibilities

- Collaborate with senior technicians to troubleshoot complex network problems and system errors.
- Conduct basic hardware diagnostics and perform routine system updates and security patches.
- Engage in continuous learning to master new technologies and company-specific software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- No prior technical experience is necessary—we provide the training.
- Strong desire to learn and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Basic computer literacy (familiarity with Windows and Mac OS is helpful).
