Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems under guidance
- Provide Tier 1 support to internal staff via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Document technical processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Participate in rotating on-call duties after training completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules for network equipment
- Adhere to IT security protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
