Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of company workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and ensure network security protocols are strictly followed.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in our internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical challenges.

Qualifications
