Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for enterprise clients
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems including Windows/Linux environments
- Document incidents and resolutions using ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in cybersecurity best practices training and awareness programs
- Assist with network monitoring and basic infrastructure maintenance
- Support end-users during system migrations and upgrades
Qualifications
