Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive paid training modules in IT infrastructure, cloud systems, and cybersecurity protocols
- Provide technical support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and remote diagnostics
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems including Windows/Linux environments
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for team use
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations and upgrades
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
- Maintain security compliance standards across all IT operations
- Continuously update skills through company-sponsored certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred but not required)
