Responsibilities
- Complete intensive paid training in IT fundamentals, network security, and cloud platforms
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to remote clients via phone, chat, and email
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, connectivity, and security protocols
- Create and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates and projects
- Adhere to ITIL best practices for incident management and service delivery
- Participate in continuous learning through company-sponsored certifications
Qualifications
