Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document incident tickets using IT service management tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network troubleshooting and system deployments
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication and patience
- Participate in ongoing training to expand technical skills and certifications
- Support office IT infrastructure including printers, AV systems, and network devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy (Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly through structured training
